About

Hi, I'm Gage. I'm a 14 year old photographer based in Connecticut. I'm passionate about film photography because it makes me slow down and be present in the moment. Since there are only 36 shots in a roll, I take my time with each one. On a digital camera or an iPhone, people can snap away and end up with 500 pictures on a trip and never look at them again.

I also love the delayed gratification that happens with film because you have to wait to see your pictures. I'm interested in the technique and the dramatic look of black and white film. I mainly shoot Kodak T-MAX 400, and lately SHE-WOLF 100, on my treasured 1968 Pentax Spotmatic.
